All reporting was paper-based and manually entered into Excel, requiring 24+ hours before management could view performance data. Floor supervisors had no real-time visibility, and the lag in reporting caused delays in critical production decisions across the entire group.
Our Solution
CodePlateau implemented a comprehensive Power BI and Power Platform solution: 102 individual KPI dashboards built in Power BI Desktop, Microsoft Forms digitizing paper-based data entry, SharePoint as the centralised data store, and a Power BI robot system pushing live data to LED screens on manufacturing shop floors. Every level of the organisation — from floor supervisors to senior management — now has real-time, role-appropriate visibility.
