IT Consulting and Analytics Services

CodePlateau Technology Solutions is a Microsoft Solutions Partner providing technology consulting and implementation services, including but not limited to: Power BI dashboard development and deployment, Microsoft Fabric and Azure data engineering, legacy report migration (Crystal Reports, SSRS) to Power BI, data warehouse design and implementation, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) development, and Microsoft 365 and Modern Work advisory services.

3. Client Engagements and Contracts

Governing Agreements

All professional services engagements between CodePlateau and a client are governed by a separate written Statement of Work (SOW), Master Services Agreement (MSA), or other engagement agreement signed by authorised representatives of both parties. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the terms of a signed engagement agreement, the engagement agreement shall prevail.

Assessments and Consultations

Free Power BI Assessments and initial consultation calls are provided without any obligation or commitment by either party. Information shared during these sessions is used solely to understand your requirements and provide a proposal. We treat all information shared during these sessions as confidential.

Project Timelines and Deliverables

Project timelines and deliverables are agreed upon in the applicable SOW. CodePlateau will make reasonable efforts to deliver within agreed timelines. Timelines may be affected by factors including client availability for reviews and approvals, timely provision of data access and credentials, third-party system dependencies, and scope changes requested by the client.

4. Intellectual Property

Our IP

All content on this Website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the property of CodePlateau Technology Solutions or its content suppliers and is protected under Indian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Website without our prior written permission.

Client Deliverables

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, upon full payment of all applicable fees, CodePlateau assigns to the client all intellectual property rights in the custom deliverables developed specifically for that client under an engagement (such as Power BI reports, data models, and custom visuals). CodePlateau retains ownership of all pre-existing tools, frameworks, templates, and methodologies used in the delivery of services.

Microsoft Technology

Our services utilise Microsoft technology platforms including Power BI, Azure, and Microsoft 365. These platforms and their associated intellectual property remain the property of Microsoft Corporation. Use of these platforms is subject to Microsoft's licensing terms and conditions.

5. Acceptable Use

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use this Website or our services to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) infringe the intellectual property rights of CodePlateau or any third party; (c) transmit any malicious code, viruses, or disruptive software; (d) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems or infrastructure; (e) engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, or impair our Website or services; or (f) use any automated means to scrape or extract data from our Website without prior written consent.

6. Confidentiality

Mutual Confidentiality

In the course of a client engagement, both parties may receive confidential information belonging to the other. Each party agrees to maintain the confidentiality of the other party's confidential information, to use such information only for the purposes of the engagement, and not to disclose such information to any third party without the disclosing party's prior written consent, except as required by law.

Exclusions

Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that: (a) is or becomes publicly known through no breach of these Terms; (b) was rightfully known before receipt; (c) is independently developed without use of confidential information; or (d) is required to be disclosed by law, regulation, or court order, provided the receiving party gives reasonable prior notice to the disclosing party.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of this Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.

Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting CodePlateau at info@codeplateau.com. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue within 30 days of receiving written notice.
